Our aim is to help promote mental and emotional healing by encouraging people to be compassionate toward themselves and toward others.

Comfort

Three types of waiting areas allow you to prepare for your session, in your own way. Enjoy a warm beverage, the lovely view, and a cozy seat.

Non-violence

We intentionally maintain an environment of comfort and respect because we know that humans are sensitive to the quality of their environment.

Mindfulness

Our awareness helps us match our energy and engagement with your needs, while your mindfulness helps you prepare intentionally for your session.

Our Space

Our mission is to provide a space that is intentionally therapeutic, offering elements of nurturing and comfort from the moment you walk in to our office. Our various waiting spaces invite you to practice using strategies that serve you, such as drinking a warm tea or coffee, playing on the floor with your child, colouring, challenging your mind with Sudoku or crossword puzzles, and engaging in friendly conversation with our extraordinary staff. 

The comfort of our clients and of our staff is intentionally considered in all elements of our design and of our practice. From extra soundproofing in the walls and ceilings, to trauma informed staff, your care is our ultimate priority. Our hope is that our space invites you to soften your defences before your session even starts, which we trust will help your therapy process. Each of our therapy offices’ large windows overlook the city of Spruce Grove, from one of the highest points in the city (we checked the topographic map!). The view is amazing: we hope it will bring you as much joy and peace as it brings us.
